Hi everyone,
Glad to be part of this forum and community. I plan to learn as much as possible about the winemaking process and also how to grow/operate/maintain vineyards.
It would be a dream to own a vineyard and grow my own grapes someday, but that dream is a dream until I can understand all the details that go along with it. This is a dream for me but also my wife...
I am a complete newb other than watching my parents and grandparents make homemade wine.
My wife and I are from Toronto, Canada - with most of our out of town experiences occurring on Niagara on the Lake (Which we would love love love to own a piece of land)
Anyhow, im sure there is tons of info here as I will start to get familiar with. If there are any most read posts feel free to tag me and post it here.
