Have been scanning the forum for a couple of months now and finally jumped on board. Currently have the following wines in the works:
5 gal Chard
5 gal Riesling (may have screwed this one up)
3 gal Cab Sauv
3 gal Merlot
5 gal Seyval pet-nat
just started 6 gallon Dragons Blood yesterday
