Hi everyone,

I am from Québec/Canada. I'm a commercial winemaker but also an amateur winemaker. I make wines since 16 years and I am active on many other winemaking forums and I'm glad to join this one from a recommendation of Tom who is moderator here. Thanks for inviting me Tom.

I hope to be of some help to few winemakers here who work with grapes and fresh juice.

Glad to have you here Seb. Have the grapes gotten a bit riper yet up there? Everybody wants to know when we will pick here. They are getting closer but are still generally low in sugars. The acids are dropping well but the brix is still a couple points low. Frost may dictate picking time this year.
