New home for Lum Eisenman and Michiel Pesgens

As some of you might have noticed, Geocities is closing down.
Now if you wonder what that has to do with winemaking I will explain.

There are at least to sites on Geocities that are of interest to winemakers. They host the free downloadable winemaking books from Lum Eisenman en Michiel Pesgens.

I contacted both and had an e-mail exchange with Lum.
He is still looking for a new free website host.
Lum however stated in a private e-mail to me that he has no objection to anyone and I am citing now:

I have no objections to people posting copies of the book so long as they respect the copyright.

His site and free book is now at:

Michiel Pesgens has already moved his winemaking site containing a free book AND a free winemaking calculator to this site:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~mpesgens/thwp/

So I urge you all to download the books and the calculator Michiel offers so generously. And let us hope that Lum's site will find a new home soon.

I will paste all the Lumeisenman recipes to our recipe forum with appropriate acknowledgements.. I feel it would be a shame to lose that information for future members.
