I am making a Island Mist White Cranberry for my wife who likes sweeter wines.

After racking to secondary the SG has not moved from 1.008
The temp. of the must was at a constant 74F.
I have added a bit of nutrient and energizer and whipped well. Still the SG will not move. Normally 1.008 is not too bad for a sweet wine. However, I have yet to add the F-Pac. I suppose I could finish the wine and blend with another wine.
Perhaps I should start another wine and add the slurry from that to my stalled one.

Any thoughts or advise is greatly appreciated.

They usually die off a little early but that is a little higher then usual. Just dont add all of -pac and taste often as you are adding it. Trying to get this lower if it truly is stable is pointless just to sweeten it back.

Before doing too much, I would contact Winexpert. They are usually very helpful. Unfortunately as I type this it is 4:03 PDT, and I don't know if you will be able to get a response before Monday.
