Need help understanding this setup

I have come into possession of this equipment and am trying to understand what the intent was. It looks like whoever put it together was using it as a beverage dispensing system. Maybe for a trade show or something. I’m trying to decide if it is something I can put to use. I don’t make beer and don’t intend to start but was thinking of skeeter pee or similar. Looks like it was set up for two flavors.

Beer chiller dispenser ?

It is a jockey box -double dispenser. You fill the kegs and the co2 pushes the beer through the coils to dispense. Of course you fill the cooler with ice to chill the coils. You can use it for skeeter pee or for wine.

My understanding is that the co2 can be turned on at low enough pressure to push a wine through without carbonating. I saw it in a post here recently, It may be incorrect, but if it adds a use for you, it could be worth looking into.
