OK so I have a recipe for Texas mustand grape wine and have followed the intructions. The mash is supposed to bubble and settle all soilds to the bottom but instead there is like a inch of mold on top. Is the whole batch ruined what do I do:d
 
That's just a yeast cap. Punch it down every day to keep spoilage yeasts at bay.
 
Yup - that is just the pulp being pushed up by the fermentation.

Like stated above - punch down and stir the wine twice a day.
