I made bronze Muscadine Wine before and it cleared with a beautiful gold color, but my last attempt got dark after fermentation while I was waiting for it to clear. It tastes fine, but the color and transparency isn’t good. Any thoughts, explanations , or resolutions? Thanks.
 
You might want to try filtering it. I had a dandelion wine that looked terrible till I filtered it

I bet it oxidized too much.............been making muscadine for years and that happens occasionally but does not hurt taste...
