I put my 5 cambden tablets in yesterday so i could get ready to bottle. Crushed and added and it started fizzing out the top. Any reason why? Did it for about a min or two and quit. Never noticed it happening before.:a1
 
sounds like there was still suspended gas in the wine. The crushed campden gives the gas molecules something to "adhere" to.

If i'm wrong, someone correct me.
 
Sounds like it needs to be degassed. Taste it and see if it is carbonated.
