Any body ever make a concauction mixing something along with muscadine grapes?
I'm with Sacalait. Muscadine wine has such a great flavor, I wouldn't mix it with anything else. I've been making it for the last three years, and it's one of my favorite wines. I give it as gifts at Christmas, and I have people begging to buy it from me. Sorry. Have to wait until next ChristmasOh yeah, muscadine/fig and muscadine/blackberry. These were OK but not worth doing it again. Muscadine, IMO, is a stand alone wine. Rather than screw up an entire batch, as I've done in the past, try blending finished wines to explore the different possibilities.
