MoreWine! wine making manuals

Recently I directed several beginners to the MoreWine! wine making manuals, so to save time I added the link to my sig. It saves me having to copy the URL in the future.

While I have some disagreement with parts of the manual (ask a question of 10 winemakers, get at least 11 opinions), the MoreWine! site is the largest collection of information I know of that is worded so that beginners can understand it.

I think I have to agree about asking ten winemakers
I think there is to much diversity in the craft
as well as asking 10 beer brewers, do you realize I started doing extract brews, grew into doing HERMS brews, got tired of all that cleaning and now If I brew do full volume BIAB using a grain bucket crane so I can do step infusion mashes. Now step infusion mashes are something we can debate for hours but it is my preferred way. As far as wine I enjoy the simplicity of the process
I think your link will expose newbs to the processes that they can choose their path with.

Scott labs also puts out decent information on winemaking, so does laffort. But it’s more useful if you have industry experience as it’s not really worded for beginners.
