Mixing frozen grapes with fresh?

Last year my vines produced a fair crop of Niagara grapes but still not enough to make a batch of wine, so I pressed some and froze the juice, and froze the rest whole. I wanted to know if I can mix this year's harvest with the frozen ones when I make wine this fall.
