Measuring free SO2

As there are no Wine testing Kits available to buy in my Country , I'd like to know

how can I measure easily free SO2 in red Wine ?

As I said , I'm going to measure the free SO2 in a red Wine batch and it does

NOT matter which Country I'm in .

If you know how to do that , please tell me !
