Or should I say Melomeal(sp)
I recently made a orange spice mead and miss measured the honey resulting in a super sweet syrupy drink
I restarted the fermentation with Cuvee which fermented it almost dry this stuff is high in alcohol (guessing 16%+) and good taste

My question is will it clear out in time like my fruit wines have done or will it remain cloudy?
