I made a rose from Marquette saignee juice and itasca juice from my vineyard 80%/20% more or less. I bottled it a couple days ago and was surprised how much it tastes like a Sauvignon blanc. Mild acid with a bunch of grapefruit flavor. I think it’s going to be a good summer drink on ice with or without a little simple syrup added.

👍 I’m planting a dozen Itasca this spring to go with my Marquette and Petit Pearl
