Mango mai tai

    Thank you for the suggestions found on this site, I've made kits for a few years now but I'm not always happy with how they turn out so I started to tweak kits to my taste, I love the island mist kits for summer poolside sipping but they seem a bit too sweet and fake to me, so last year I made a kit and used half of the f pack, it was better, but now I made the mango Mai tai and added half the f pack to the primary and half to the secondary and brought the sg to 1.08 using organic sugar which tastes like a cross between light brown and white sugar, it is amazing. I read joeswine tweaking cheap kits and I can't wait to try tweaking some reds. I ordered another mango mt kit from one of the last sites I could find it on for the fall/spring of next year. Thank you for all the great advice. Has anyone ever tried using brown sugar to increase ABV and would it work the same way
