If you go with the Barolo, my advice is to pay a few extra bucks and buy the Estate series Italian Barolo, not the Selection series. The Estate series is awesome but I found the Selection Barolo to be a little thin.
I try to keep my 4 carboys all "loaded" at all times, and my Christmas list for this year is simple:
I am making the Luna Bianca right now. Instructions said to bottle end of December, but I decided to keep it bulk aging for an extra 2 months or so. Should I keep it bulk aging longer or is that fine. just curious.
