I'm wondering if anyone in the CT area is planning on making wine and can use my grapes. Most of my vines are 2-3 years old now. Last year I just ate what I could and wasted the rest. This year I have more, but still not enough to make a batch. I dont have all the equipment yet and would also like to learn (only.made wine once with a few friends who used to do it). Not sure exactly how much I'll have, but will have some Cayuga White, Chardonnel, Marquette and a little Baco Noir and America. I'm in Newtown, but willing to drive to meet and help with the process.
