Hi. Started making wine from kits about 6 years ago. Since the last 4 years, I’m making a kit per month (basically, WE Eclipse / LE / Rose as well as RJS Premium). So in April, I started a batch with the new WE Reserve Pinot Grigio Rose and followed with Private Reserve Pinot Noir (now, with no skin and from New Zealand) and Private Reserve Super Tuscan. At end of June, I bottled the WE Reserve Pinot Grigio Rose. Compare to my last year production of WE Selection Pinot Grigio Rose (...which should be same but with the new WE process), now the color is darker (see photo) and sweetness level is much higher. So, this July, I didn’t start a new WE batch and I'm joining this group to share experiences. Cheers!
