Landon noir wine

Anyone have experience with growing and making wine with this grape? I’m thinking of planting some to blend with my Marquette

I have a few, 15 vines. I should get a small crop this year so I can't tell you anything about the quality of the wine. It has taken a little longer to get them established than some other varieties but they seem to be hardy.

Where are you located? I’ve seen different reports of their cold hardiness. I’m hoping they survive Waupaca wi, coldest it’s been in 8 years is minus 23 f

I'm in zone 6a. All I know is what Double A rates - as low as zone 4 and that is it is winter hardy in the Hudson Valley as well as the mountains of Virginia. We haven't gotten below 0F since mine have been planted. They are fairly disease resistant.
