Black van pulls up to the farmer who is sitting on a stump next to the pasture. The Fed says I am going over to that stream in back of the pasture to sample the water. Farmer says "Wouldn't do it". Fed pulls out a card and says "see this card, it says I can go anywhere I please even without permission". So the fed starts through the field, and a large bull sees him and starts chasing him. The Fed yells "help me". Farmers yells back " show him your card".
