WineXpert Just started Bergamais

So after a long vacay from wine making... I'm back!

I decided to do a kit and my local shop had a we kit for Bergamais so I said what the heck... I'll take that one home.

I don't need advice or help at this point, just thought I'd share.

Bergamais is one of my favorites. Good luck with it.

That was my first kit. My advice is to degas really really good and let it clear for about 4 times the amount of time reccomended on the directions.
This wine is a big winner at family gatherings and with friends.

Just finished getting my wine into the carboy... now I wait... First for the boyfriend to get home to lift this bugger up onto the countertop... and then another month or so to finish!

Woo... I feel accomplished today!

She didn't help much... lazy kids these days...
