I searched and saw few posts about this cheapo kit, saw a post from @Boatboy24 and not sure if he ever made it.

Only reason I ask is because I could get this shipped to my door for about $58 (applying a $5 coupon I have), and I think these bring labels too.

Anyhow, wondering if this is just only for summer time or can be a holidays kit..

No, but now you've got me thinking about it again. The time has passed for summer patio pounders. But making one in a few months would have it primed and ready by next Memorial Day.
