I decided to buy this cheapo kit for my wife for holiday gifting.
I added clarifying agent over a week ago and the wine seems to be hazy and not clearing up quickly like previous kits.
I've made many kits before and never had this issue; nothing dramatically different when I made this kit at all, it's sitting in basement with room temps in the low 60s, other kits in the past have cleared nicely and very quickly and show big clearing improvement in just a couple days with the same room temp, but this one got me thinking.....
Have you had this experience before with the Island Mist series?
