So I racked a gallon of apple wine made from old orchard. (Nothing in it to mess with ferm.) I started cold crashing lastnight in the fridge. This morning I woke up and checked into it and have a small white floater. I would like to post an image but do not know how. I'm really hoping this isnt a problem. This wine is supposed to be for thursday. I've made several gallons and not had any problems or experienced something like this so far. Any responses would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to drink shelf wine with my turkey lol.
is this floater bad news?
