I have a PJS EN PRIMEUR Kit thats 3 years old .I replaced the old yeast,And It fermented fine. Now I'm at stage 2 Secondary Fermentation.it calls to add Pectinase that came with the kit .I'm not sure if it's still good or should I add Pectic Enzyme instead that I just purchased. If I use the Pectic how much should I add. Thanks in advance

Yes, it’s the same. Measure the amount that came with the kit, and add that amount. You really can’t overdose pectic enzyme, so don’t be afraid of it.
