Is my Apfelwein Infected?

I have a batch of Apfelwein brewing that is about 6 months old. Within the last week, a white "film" has developed on top. Is it infected?

Looks like you have flowers of wine whih in fact is an infection usually caused by too much oxidation from having too much headspace in the carboy which you have.This is why we always stress to get the vessel topped up. Below is a link to read about it and what can possibly be done.

what would you do to save the wine?? move it into a smaller carboy where it has less headspace??
