Just starting with first gallon aging untasted and 3 more working. Hoping to have good luck only time will time. James

The 1st was a Merlot from a Midwest Supplies small batch kit which was just bottled a couple weeks ago so untried. 2nd was a grape juice drink that has fizzled pretty much. 3rd is a pineapple/orange concentrate that was just racked last Sunday and lastly I'm trying a gallon of the apfelwein people talk about. As of yet only making and no drinking. All are 1 gallon batches.
And the easy answer is Fulton Illinois on the mighty Mississippi river.
