Well I finally bottled my 5 gallons of Canadian all juice Ice Wine. I wound up with 46 bottles. When I bottled the gravity read 1.035.

Sounds yummy. Was this a kit or all juice? Is it actual Ice Wine or Ice Wine "type" wine? If it is the real stuff I bet that cost a pretty penny.
