Hello,
I'm very new. Last time I made wine was when I picked some blackberries, put them in a gallon glass jar, put some cheesecloth over it and let it sit for two weeks. I drained it and drank it! :d

So here I am. A friend gave me some homemade blackberry wine made the right way and it was rightious! I want to do this, so I am saving my bottles and I'm soon to get my beginners kit. I don't like my wine real sweet, so I am open to helpful advice. I like reds.

Thanx!

some keys to making easy fruit wine.

-starting sg around 1.085~1.095 for 11~12% abv. resweeten after and add sorbate/meta.
-use plenty of fruit as in 5+ lbs for most fruit. 3.5~4 lbs/gal for blackberries and raspberries with stronger flavor (small wild ones can be like this).
-don't be afraid to experiment
-have fun!!!!

good luck and welcome
