I never realised there's a sub-forum here where calculators can be posted.
I had another account here called "HomeBrew" and straight away someone told me, making wine is fermenting, not brewing - brewing is for beer. I felt embarrassed, while at the same time, discovered the joke name "Grape Expectations" by sheer accident, so I made this account and used that name. I am sorry if duplicate accounts aren't allowed but I have never logged into or used the initial "HomeBrew" account since and, it could just be deleted if there's any way a forum moderator could do that.
Anyway on that initial account I posted a calculator, but it's got way more complicated since then!
Here it is... it's not written in stone, some figures might be off, but I use it for my orange juice winemaking.
