I have crossed the Milestone

I have progressed, I now have 3 batches going at one time. I realize most of you will think this is silly but I am tickled. I only have a very limited amount of room and don't have runing water, so now that I am able to toss my cats out I have some room to work.

I have a Pineapple Orange Mango working, my signature, then I started the old stand by "Hillbilly wine" 5 gallons of apple, SG 1.115, and 3 gallons of spiced apple, with the cinnamon and brown sugar, SG 1.115.

I was warned of this obsession and knew it was coming. I have a neighbor who is bringing me a five gallon bucket of frozen wild blueberries.

Where does it end, or am I too close to the begining to ask that yet? HaHa.

It's just the begining... I started "small" like you now.. well I plan on starting 12 6gallon Chilean juice next week.
Still need to bottle 13 6gallon carboys in the next few months.
