I actually learned a lot, that has helped me in the fermenting of ....
other things.

Well, well, I may to have to get ahold of you."THAT" is what got me into winemaking. I would love to build something that didn't blow my house up. My son is a 3rd yr. apprentice plumber so I have access to some good knowledge, just not your level.
