I've been trying to be Patient... I know, that is the necessary thing with wine making,
So I finally decided it had sit long enough in the car boy.
It was the clearest of anything I've done so far. I had taken a 750 out a couple weeks back when I back sweetened it and then to make up for what I had taken out added two bottles of elderberry to it.
I just can't believe the difference between the one bottle and what I bottled today. The elderberry made it such a much more enjoyable drink.
Although you can taste the Welch's in it, it's not at distinct as the bottle without the elderberry.
