How about a nice tender, juicy top sirloin steak grilled to med. rare, sprinkled with a little salt and peppercorn medleyn pepper served with a side order of steak fries and enjoy this with a glass of wild cherry pinot noir? Now that is heavenly. Actually it was pretty good, it was supper tonight.

Well Sunday night we had a nice turkey dinner for father's day, complete with stuffing, mashed potatoes, and carrots. Server with a glass of Duquesne from Kavic Winery. I even managed left overs this time unlike Thanksgiving.
Ah, steak, sushi,, it all sounds so good.
But sometimes I just have to get back to the simple way of country living,,,
Yesterday, I made a pot of Baby Lima's seasoned with a couple slices of Ham Hocks..
