Hello everyone,
One more question on wine aging. Unfortunately i have not yet invested in a wine fridge so I store my wine ina kitchen cabinet. This issue here is that the temperature hovers between 75-78F. Is this too much of an issue? Do I risk my wine cooking in those temperatures?
I am aging a master victor Pinot noir kit and only interest in short term aging max 1-2 years.
