Making a cherry wine from a fruit wine base. The recipe on the side of the can tells me to add potassium Metabisulphite to the fruit and water, but it doesn't say how much. Have not added any yeast as of yet.
How much and what is the difference between this and campden tablets.

Today is Veterans day , Yay! Semper Fi, troops. Be safe, sleep with a Marine!

there is no difference between the two, you would use 1/4 tsp of pot. meta for 5 - 6 gallons, I believe you would use one campden for each gallon but I am not sure. And you would add this 24 hours prior to adding your yeast.

Also, k-meta is another term for potassium metasulphite
