How much do you add for five gallons? Orig recipe seems to take it to 100 ppm….

1/4 teaspoon is often quoted for a volumetric measure for 5 gallons. I prefer to weigh it where I use 0.3 grams per gallon or 1.5 grams for 5 gallons. I have several scales and use an appropriate capacity one for what I’m weighing. In this case I use my 2 gram scale. But many folks simply measure it and it works for them.

My goal is 50ppm along with a pH between 3.2 to 3.5. ,,,,,, 0.20 gram per gallon normally
