How much malolactic bacteria to add

My point earlier was working with freeze dried malolactic bacteria needs a dry container.
Oh, in that scenario if I was wanting to sanitize in that situation I would use rubbing alcohol and let air dry as it evaporates really fast. But as previously noted by NorCal, I probably wouldn’t bother

A bottle of rubbing alcohol is a staple in my wine room and I have done what you say countless times. Just wanted to pick other folks brains on the subject.
