How many times can I use Yeast Nutrient?

Today is day 7 of Malbec fermentation. Because of slow fermentation, I added yeast yeast nutrient 3 days ago. Still sugar present (potential alcohol of 3.5%). I am using a hydrometer.

Should I add more yeast nutrient?

No you shouldn't added yeasty nutrition after about half of your initial sg has been passed. Add in, if you started at 1.090, then no more nutrients after 1.045.
