How long to wait before chapitalizing cranberry?

SG at 1.015 after 7 full days. Pressed in a nylon stocking and transferred to carboy. I lost the better part of a gallon in pressing/transferring even with planning ahead for such a loss. I'm pleased with the color though. It's even a deeper red than in this picture. It tastes good too. Unfortunately I think I will need to top off with a commercial cranberry juice tomorrow and at first racking. I was hoping to avoid that.
