How long to wait after adding S02 to kill native yeast?

So I am "cleaning the slate" today to my crsuhed grapes. After adding the S02, how long should I wait before adding yeast and yeast nutrients? I went through my MoreWine manual but boy is info deeply buried in that document...

I usually go a couple hours after adding the SO2 and never had any issues. Depends how much SO2 you're adding though and what kind of yeast your using. I usually only add roughly 50 ppm SO2 give or take a little depending on what the grapes look like coming in.

Probably a safer bet to wait 12 to 24 hours. I'm just never patient enough to wait this long.
