How long is too long

I started a batch of skittles wine in early September THEN life happened Had some medical emergency with my bride and ended up being life flighted. NOW for my guestion: going home next week should I dump my skittles that is still in primary or how do I know if it is ruined? The temp has been pretty low for the most part, the thermostat in house is set at 58.
