How do I attach a video file

I now how to add attachments in here and atach a link to a video, but how do I attach an MPEG file from my computer directly to the forum.

Then I quess it would need to be linked over from a third party host then huh?

Like photo bucket but for videos. Do you know anything like photo bucket that handles videos?
