We boarded a horse at a barn for 5 years and met some great people. Some very knowledgeable wine consumers. We invited them over to our new place, where we moved our horse and I open the 2019-2021 portfolio of wines. I opened all bottles and left glasses for self serve.

The true impression of a wine is which one people recommend to others or go back for another glass. Judged by what was emptied and what was left, I would 100% agree with their assessment.

The Cab Francs were the first to go. The 100 point Cab Franc (best wine I’ve ever made) was the first gone. Viognier was well received.

I think this is a good way to get honest feedback on your wines.
