Well, we can infer from that site's Shipping Page (showing a UPS map of delivery times) that their physical location is Northern Ohio.
If Montanarick is really from Montana, it is unlikely he is a shill. More likely he is genuinely asking, and we should give him the benefit of the doubt.
I found their address on the Returns page. If there is a problem ... it seems like they don't like to be contacted.
From my end everything checks out. I don't like websites as well that make you dig for a physical address or phone number.
