I have a mixed berry (blackberry, elderberry, raspberry, blueberry and (shhh) welches grape juice) started it back on Oct. 29th. Starting sg was 1.085 ta was at 60%, fermented and it has been bulk aging since 12/2. I backsweetened it on 12/20 it is at 1.006. I want to sweeten it up some more, but I took a ta reading and it took 12cc's for it to turn gray! That would be 90%!!! Any help or input on this would be greatly appreciated!!

Ok, just checked the second run, the ta on it was 41%, soooo,,,,,,I think that I will just blend the two. I didn't want to water the first one down. Now, I have blended 1/2 1st run and 1/2 2nd run (hic-up) now I am bench (hic-up) to find the sweetness (hic-up) that I will be happy with,,,looks like it might (hic-up) take most of the night to find what I like!! :ib
