I found this Forum at rec.crafts.winemaking and decided to jump in directly. I have been making wine since almost 5 years and made over five hundred bottles in the past years. At this moment I have 160 liters ageing or fermenting at my home. I never made wine from grapes but always from all kinds of fruits which I can pick myself like Apples, Prunes, Blueberries, Pears and elderberries. I also post frequently at an European Wine Forum and an American Wineforum so you might see my name occuring on different sites.
