I'm from Auckland, New Zealand and have been making beer for 8 months or so and will have a go at making wine. I'm starting from kits and once I've got that down I'll see what's next.
My late grandfather made a lot of wine from all sorts of fruits and has left me some nice classic stone carboys.
My first attempt is a sparkling wine which I'm going to attemt to disgorge and sweeten. Yeah I know, talk about jumping in the deep end but I hope my beer experience stops me from doing anything too stupid.
