Hello, Im new here. (im sorry, if my english is not good enough)
  • Ive just started a tiny white wine production made of 60% moscatel/30% torontel/ 10% white italy (22.5 Brix) in the Cachapoal Valley in Central Chile.

  • Ive chosen a wild fermentation way of making this wine, I started 2 weeks ago, so the wine is almost ready. (It has now 12° Brix.)

I found this forum looking for ideas about how to filter it. So please your help, do anyone have try the vinebrite filter? or is better a Randall type?

Welcome! I cannot help you with your question, but perhaps someone else can. Is this your first time making wine? You could just ignore filtering, and let your wine clear over time.
